Caliber Collision

Excellent experience with Caliber Collision Pembroke Pines–West. Stephanie Martin was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous throughout my repair. She kept me informed and made the entire process easy. I did need to return once for a minor follow-up after the initial repair, but Stephanie immediately took care of it and had the issue corrected while I waited. Her response and customer service were excellent. The car came out great, and I would definitely recommend this Caliber location. I especially want to recognize Stephanie for the outstanding way she handled everything.

I had a really great experience with Caliber Collision after my car accident. They made the whole process so much easier than I expected. My car was ready in just one week, and everything came out looking perfect. Mike was especially helpful from the moment I walked in. He kept me updated the entire time my car was being repaired and made sure I always knew what was going on. Overall, I’m super happy with how everything turned out and really appreciate how smooth and efficient the whole experience was. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs done right and on time.

My car got backed into and the person who hit me offered to pay for the damages. I went to caliber they gave me an estimate and once the down payment to order the parts was done I kept my car until the parts arrived which only took about a day. Stephanie was my service advisor she handled everything, she kept me informed throughout the process, and she made everything run extra smooth. Stephanie did call to give me a heads up that they may not be able to match the paint exactly which is what I expected because the car is 11 years old but they got it exactly. So happy with the work they did and on top of it for as long as I own the car I have the life time warranty on where they did the work.

I am truly grateful to find a trustworthy auto body shop in Pembroke Pines . Caliber was recommended by a tire center in the area . I hit a bump and my car got a minor damage . I was looking for a reasonable price to fix it. Fernando checked my car . He replaced the broken screws , get it done on the spot and didn’t charge me . It made me believe that this place stands up for integrity and great customer service . It projects long term commitment with clients . Based on my experience , I highly recommend this body shop ! Thank you so much Fernando ✨✨✨✨✨
